about

Born and raised in the dense and dynamic city of Hong Kong, I have always drawn inspiration from the cultural contrasts and everyday rituals that shape how people live. After spending over a decade abroad—including time in Canada and participating in an international exchange—I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Media Design at Keio University in Japan. I am part of the Future Crafts real project (lab), where I explore how traditional craft practices can evolve through technology and sustainable thinking.

My research centers on reimagining natural and discarded materials—such as sea glass—by integrating them with contemporary fabrication methods. I am interested in how design can serve as a quiet but powerful bridge between old and new, human and machine, and the digital and physical worlds.

I believe good design can enhance global experiences and profoundly shift one’s perspective—often without conscious awareness. I am excited to see where design will take us next.
