Port Elgin Fête de la Citrouille
This project is a three part system ( Poster, E-tickets and Event booklet ) created for the Port Elgin Pumpkin Festival. All three parts of the project are bilingual, in English and French, tailored for the Canadian Market.
The event is always held the week before the Canadian Thanksgiving to celebrate harvest and to bring fun to all ages in the community. Warm colours and elements like leaves are used to reinforce the Autumn theme. Pumpkin doodles are created to mimic children’s drawing for a childish and playful look. The event booklet overall has a darker tone as it was meant for adults to look at.
The poster, e-tickets and booklet are all different, but they have similar text placement, typefaces, illustrations and colour scheme to constantly remind audiences that they are within the same system and works together for the same event.
このプロジェクトは、ポート・エルギン・パンプキン・フェスティバルのために制作された3部構成のデザインシステム（ポスター、電子チケット、イベントブックレット）です。
3つの要素すべてがカナダ市場向けに英語とフランス語のバイリンガル仕様でデザインされています。
このイベントは毎年カナダの感謝祭の前週に開催され、収穫を祝うとともに、地域のあらゆる世代が楽しめるお祭りとして親しまれています。
秋の雰囲気を強調するために、温かみのあるカラーや落ち葉などの要素を使用しました。
また、子どもの落書きを思わせるようなカボチャのドゥードルを加え、遊び心のある印象を演出しています。
一方、イベントブックレットは大人が手に取ることを想定し、全体的に少し落ち着いたトーンでまとめています。
ポスター、電子チケット、ブックレットはいずれも異なるデザインですが、テキストの配置、書体、イラスト、カラースキームを統一することで、同一イベントのビジュアルシステムとして一貫性を持たせています。
